Foam Rolling/Stretching

Rolling out and stretching is a way of releasing stress and tension in the muscles. Individuals suffer from muscle stress, tightness, and imbalances, which occur when contracted muscles fail to release. Overtime, individuals can begin to develop tightness, stiffness, and even pain within their muscles which can hinder their daily activities.

Massage therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractor, etc. are ways in which we are able to relieve the tension built up in muscles. These ways, however, can be inconvenient to a monthly budget or to fit into an individual’s schedule. With foam rolling we are able to achieve similar results in a cost and time effective manner. Foam rolling and stretching are simple things that can be added as a pre-workout (warm up) or post-workout exercise.

With foam rolling and stretching not only will your pain subside but, adhesions, and soreness (lactic acid) will decrease as well. As a result individuals can increase range of motion and circulation (blood flow) resulting in healthier and stronger muscles.
