I got into fitness to make a difference in the lives of those everywhere

searching for a path to long-term health. Truly what gets me up in the

morning is the opportunity to teach our members how to lift safely and

effectively, along with making exercise fun and engaging, I prefer to

keep my training philosophy exceedingly simple. I like to think of t as a 

four-step comprehensive process:

1.set a series of attainable goals

2.eat to those goals

3.lift as heavy as possible under proper technique

When I'm not at NWF I enjoy exploring with my wife, golfing as much as 

possible, lifting weights, avoiding cardio, and eating as much sushi as i

can physically stomach.

I look forward to meeting as many of you s possible in our collective

fitness journey!
