Embark on a Journey of Restful Rejuvenation at Our Spa
30 minute sessions - fully clothed with the intention of addressing acute pain or points of improvement. Strictly structural, fascial and muscle energy techniques. Designed to get you back on the move fast!
60 minute sessions - mainly upper or lower body focused addressing specific pain or limitation points. Designed using trigger point therapy and deep tissue techniques to increase ease of motion and decrease recovery time from workouts!
90 minute sessions - full body massage utilizing structural, fascial and deep tissue techniques, working with the nervous system to decrease recovery time from intense workouts, while increasing functional movement and relaxation all in one!

There's not enough play in the world, but there's a lot of opportunity for it! Being able to play is still so important, no matter how old I get. I love the challenge of knowing my current limits and navigating the expansion of ability. Assisting others that share the same joys has been one of the most rewarding parts of my job as a massage therapist! Our bodies are constantly changing, adapting, and every day's ability fluctuates because of every single adjustment our bodies are making for the benefit of each of us. Movement is fascinating, bodies are amazing! I love exploring every day's ability, it's so good for my overall health. I've learned so much during my massage therapy career, I'm not done yet!
When I'm not massaging, you can find me flying in the air from an aerial sling. Either teaching aerials, practicing, playing, napping or performing, why be grounded when floating is an option?
