I grew up in the city of Seattle, and after graduating high school in 2005, I attended Middle Tennessee State University.  There I majored in Exercise Science and minored in nutrition.  While in Tennessee, I was able to secure an internship for D1 sports training, an NFL combine and executive training club where I worked with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes in all different sports, as well as a range of executives via personal training and boot-camp style classes.  I later became an intern and part-time coach for my university, working with multiple sports, including the Sun Belt Champion men’s tennis, football and basketball teams.  Post graduation, I received my certification as a strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.

Now that I am back in Seattle, I have immersed myself full-time into my profession.  After spending time with Seattle University and Middle Tennessee University as a strength and conditioning specialist, I have decided to dedicate my skills to improving the health and performance of all people.  Fitness is my passion, and I pride myself on helping others set and attain their goals.  Feel free to ask me any questions relating to fitness, and I look forward to helping you!

Hello, I am Shereé Semonich.  One of my important purposes in this lifetime is to support you in your health and wellness journey. My passion is connecting physical movements with mindfulness, along with the power of the breath. While you read this internally, you’re watching your thoughts; verification our understanding of self goes past the physical and mental body.  Through studied and applied approaches, I layer in movement patterns to create and make space for vitality to be felt and held in the body. The approach will be unique for every human, but my intention is always the same: to give loving attention and care to your mind, body and spirit in order to help you connect to your inner strength and potential.  I can help you build flexibility, mobility, strength, proprioception, and self-love.  My training style is holistic, and richly rooted in over two thousand hours of alignment-based yoga instruction.  Creative, chosen challenges are woven into each program I create so that you continue to grow and feel empowered as you move in your body and through your life.

Hello, my name is Garrett Moon. I am originally from San Francisco and moved to Seattle in 2020 to continue my education and earn my Masters Degree in Counseling. After graduating from Eastern Washington University and completing my time as a division one basketball player, I began coaching and mentoring youth in my community which has led me to pursue a different path of development.

Inspired by my own coaches, I decided to become a personal trainer in 2017  adding another tier of support for anyone that may need it.  I have a genuine passion for helping others, and whether it be physical, mental, or emotional, I enjoy watching personal growth in people.

My goals as a personal trainer are to instill confidence and accountability when it may be lacking and give clients the tools necessary to enjoy gyms safely and efficiently for the rest of their lives.

Fun Facts: Born and raised in Seattle, avid snowboarder, husband and father.

My path into teaching yoga has been an organic process of unfolding ever since my mom brought me to my first yoga class in 2004. At this time, yoga was disguised as a good work-out, but was really the door to self-discovery and spiritual growth. Over the past 14 years, I have practiced Bikram, Yin, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga. This exploration has led to a full body understanding of mindfulness and meditation.

For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to help people in a hands-on way, which led me to studying Public Health and Nursing at the University of Washington. My experience working in many different specialties as a nurse has made clear that no matter what a person was admitted to the hospital for, everyone can benefit from yoga. Yoga is for everyone. It is about more than improving flexibility and strength. The path to mindfulness that yoga creates can positively impact the social, emotional, mental and physical health of anyone.

I'm inspired to continue this path of growth within myself and my community. I look forward to sharing this practice with you.
