As one of our highly valued member I want to first of all thank you for choosing a family-owned, local business as your fitness headquarters. We are consistently developing our facility to make sure you have the highest quality experience possible.

While on that journey we determined that our current brand no longer represents the message we want to deliver. We need a new look, a more compelling voice, and an elevated user journey. With that in mind, we are excited to launch Ampersand Fitness (& Fitness) on Sept 1st.

& Fitness celebrates everything you are and encourages you to explore everything you could be. You are a gamer / foodie / powerlifter / cos player / vintage stamp collector / yogi, whatever! & we love that. Being healthy is a combination of who you are in your life & Fitness. You are the hero of your journey and you don't fit in a box, so let's break open those boxes and celebrate all that you are.

Our mission is to open fitness and lifestyle doors for you. whether it's zombie run club, ayurvedic cooking class, or an intro to aerial silks, we want to help you unlock and celebrate the offcenter and odd interests that make life exciting.

What to expect in the coming months:

-You'll see some upgrades slowly pop up in the facility and a lot of communication through our social media.

- Prelaunch dance party Fri july 19th at monkey loft from 8-11 (free entry)

- Outdoor prelaunch party on Friday Aug 23rd in the field across the street from the gym. we'll bring food, bands, and swag!

- Gym closure for renovations 8/21 -8/30: this is the bulk of the facility upgrades will take place. Thank you for patience through this process.

- 5 Grand opening events! every Monday in September starting Sept 2 2024. We open with a bang: Food/drink, Dj, sample new classes and services.

This is going to be a huge project and we are so excited to launch this with you as a part of our code membership. Please let me know if you have any input, concerns, or feedback. As usual I am always at your service.
